Working with a personal trainer at a pace you both select will give you the tools and guidance to achieve your fitness goals safely.


Whether you are a competitive athlete looking for advanced training techniques or a beginner, we have an exercise routine and program to meet your needs. Personal training is the most effective way to reach your fitness goals.

Your personal trainer will provide encouragement, motivation, and support to get you started and to keep you going. Your workout time will be efficient, safe, and highly productive, changing as your fitness improves. Whether you are a competitive athlete looking for advanced training techniques or a beginner, we have an exercise routine and program to meet your needs. An exclusive private training studio
is available for your use.

We offer the following training specialties: Pre/Post Natal, Sport Specific, Post Rehab, Core/Stability, Gravity, Aqua-training, and Weight Control.

We work with all populations, including older active adults, teens, and special needs individuals.

Sessions can either be 1 hour or 30 minutes.

Fees:
1-hr sessions:

Single one-to-one session $79
Six one-to-one sessions $410
Ten one-to-one sessions $650
Ten group training sessions $420/person
Special Needs training: $30

30 min sessions:
Single one-to-one express session $49
Ten one-to-one express sessions $360

Gravity

The GRAVITY Training System provides a quick and efficient total body workout on a versatile fitness system using the force of gravity for maximum physical challenge. GRAVITY’s single piece of equipment provides maximum benefits and all-over results.

GRAVITY utilizes a cable and pulley system and free-motion glideboard that employs body weight as resistance. Adjustable to nine different levels of resistance, the machine engages all major muscle groups. GRAVITY offers a variety of programming choices for small group and personal training at all fitness levels.

Each session is 45 minutes.

Gravity Fees:
Gravity one-on-one
$60/session      $500/10 session package

Group Gravity (3 or more)
$35/session      $300/10 session package
