The GRAVITY Training System provides a quick and efficient total body workout on a versatile fitness system using the force of gravity for maximum physical challenge. GRAVITY's single piece of equipment provides maximum benefits and all-over results.
GRAVITY utilizes a cable and pulley system and free-motion glideboard that employs body weight as resistance. Adjustable to nine different levels of resistance, the machine engages all major muscle groups. GRAVITY offers a variety of programming choices for small group and personal training at all fitness levels.
Each session is 45 minutes.
