Kosher Korner Café at the J and Kosher Korner Catering Craig Betron and Michael Cooper, owners of Kosher Korner, have extensive experience in gourmet catering and Kosher cuisine. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America-Hyde Park, New York, we both worked at Windows on the World and Tavern on the Green and then diversified into smaller restaurants, catering facilities, and delicatessens. We have sharpened our skills to provide a variety of fresh hot entrees, side dishes, delicious homemade soups, sandwiches, and salads.

It is our belief that high quality ingredients and great homemade cooking, along with outstanding service, is the key for a food establishment to be successful. We are eager to meet the needs of the Jewish communities in which we both serve and live.
