Use our easy-to-read Group Exercise Schedule to find the class that's custom fit for you:

Group Exercise Schedule

  • In our Pools: Aqua Fit, Aqua Cardio Circuit, WaterYoga
  • Indoor Cycling: 20 classes a week on 28 Keiser M3 Bikes
  • Mind/Body: Yoga, Pilates Mat, Meditation, and Tai Chi
  • Cardio: STEP 360, Kickboxing, Step, Dance, and Low Impact
  • Toning: Body Sculpt, Total Body Blast, and Stability Ball
  • Martial Arts: Tai Chi
  • Kids and Teens: Fitness for Kids with classes such as Kid's Boot Camp, Zumbatomic®, Kid's Conditioning, Kid's/Teen Spinning
  • Senior Classes: Forever Fit, Osteoporosis Class, Low Impact, Balance & Weights
