Our new 20,000 square foot Fitness Center offers state-of-the-art equipment and professionally trained staff in a relaxed setting. Personal attention is our top priority—begin with three FREE orientation sessions.

• Indoor track, full-court gymnasium, and racquetball courts.
• Four group exercise studios, dedicated yoga and meditation studios, private personal training studio.

• Health and wellness classes emphasizing nutrition, stress management, and preventative care.

Over 115 group exercise classes in 5 studios — everything from Yoga to Latin Dance Aerobics! Use the Class Level Locator in our colorful, easy-to-read
Group Exercise Schedule to find the class that’s custom fit for you:
• Indoor Cycling: 18 classes a week on 21 NEW Star Trac Spin Bikes
• Mind/Body: Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Pilates Mat, Pilates Reformer, and Tai Chi
• Cardio: BOSU, Kickboxing, Step, Dance, and Low Impact
• Toning: Body Sculpt, Total Body Blast, Stability Ball, and Fit X-press
• Martial Arts: Tai Chi, Tae Kwon Do, and Capoiera
