Parent Child Classes

Our Parent/Child Classes offer a variety of choices for you to take part in your child's learning experience - and have some fun with them.
Beginning with newborns, parents or caregivers can sign up for programs specifically geared to addressing the developmental and learning aspects of child rearing. As a parent or caregiver, you will meet other parents/caregivers who have similar aged children. Simultaneously, your child is engaged in specially designed activities that are appropriate to their age level.
These classes gradually lead up to the separation of child and parent/caregiver. By the time your child is 2 years old, he/she is ready to participate in a class by themselves and you can attend your own program.
Program Highlights for Parent/Child
• Daddy & Me Celebrate Tu B’shevat
• Mom & New Baby
• Mom and Tot Club
• Singing and Swinging
• Toddler Winter Fun Days

Parent Action Committee (PAC)
Your child has a place here, and so do you. A place where you can build lasting memories, meet other parents, and be a partner in your child’s school life. That place is the Parent Action Committee (PAC).
Throughout the year PAC hosts a variety of events, ranging from opening day hospitality, holiday celebrations, a parent newsletter, and special projects that promote a sense of community.
PAC has a four-fold purpose:
• To offer social and cultural enrichment programs for children.
• To offer programming to parents/families.
• To raise funds to help meet the needs of the school.
• To provide opportunities for ongoing communications between administrators, teachers, and parents.
