Aquatic Programming at the JCC
We feature lap swimming, family swim, and aquatics classes for infants through senior adults. We also offer options for adult non-swimmers including personal aquatic and fitness training, water walking, and water exercise in our heated pools.
JCC MetroWest is an authorized provider of American Red Cross Aquatic and Health and Safety Courses under the American Red Cross Chapter of Northern NJ. The American Red Cross of Northern NJ, located at 209 Fairfield Road, Fairfield NJ. JCC MetroWest is the leading agency in northern New Jersey in training aquatic professionals.

Learn to Swim Program
The JCC MetroWest Aquatics Department proudly offers-
- Professional instructors who are well trained through the American Red Cross.
- Learning made fun in a safe environment.
- A balanced program that teaches swimming skills and how to be safe in the water.
- A comprehensive swimming and water safety program for everyone in the family-from infancy to adulthood.
Competitive Swim Program
JCC MetroWest offers a comprehensive Pre-Competitive and Competitive Swim Team Program whose mission is to enhance and progress swimming skills while developing a respect for self, team spirit, sportsmanship, work ethic, self-discipline and commitment through healthy competition. Our award-winning MetroExpress swim team is an age grouped, co-ed, developmental team open to swimmers ages 5 -18.
Red Cross
Get trained, empowered, and prepared! All classes are conducted by American Red Cross authorized instructors and instructor trainers.
