GRAVITY Training



The GRAVITY Training System provides a quick and efficient total body workout on a versatile fitness system using the force of gravity for maximum physical challenge. GRAVITY's single piece of equipment provides maximum benefits and all-over results.

GRAVITY utilizes a cable and pulley system and free-motion glideboard that employs body weight as resistance. Adjustable to nine different levels of resistance, the machine engages all major muscle groups. GRAVITY offers a variety of programming choices for small group and personal training at all fitness levels.

Each session is 45 minutes.

Help your child build up self-confidence and healthy habits by participating in Gravity Youth!

Gravity Youth is designed to help kids be active, learn about muscle groups, exercise and most importantly, have fun.  It's a safe means of training for all ages, sizes and levels of ability.

All sessions will be taught by JCC Gold Standard Personal Trainer Sharon Tobey.   

Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays.
